The MEAT – our meat comes from the award winning Thomas Joseph Butchery in Essex, who source all their meat from Coxtie Green Farm in Brentwood. Their animals are all free range, grass fed and allowed time to mature. The meat is then dry aged for 30 days which gives it its amazing flavour.

The BUNS – our semi-brioche buns are baked fresh every day at the Blackberry Bakery in Colchester using locally sourced ingredients with a sourdough starter and are 100% natural. No chemicals, preservatives or raising agents here!
The SAUCES – we make all of our sauces on site using both local ingredients and specially sourced items like chipotle chillies!
